INSTRUCTION WILL BE GIVEN IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE LEFT HANDED SLAP GAME.  SLAPPING, DRAGS, AND PUSH BUNTS WILL BE COVERED IN THIS 12 HOUR CLINIC

Parents: Please complete application and mail with your $140.00 deposit check by October 28th, 2009.
Balance is due on or before arrival at clinic.

Each application must be signed by parent or guardian!

Cost of camp is $240 and will be limited to 18 campers!
