Parents: Please complete application and mail with your $100.00 deposit check by August 27 2010
Balance is due on or before arrival at clinic.

Each application must be signed by parent or guardian!

Clinic	Skill
Clinic A 6:15-8:00	Left handed short game including slapping, bunting, dragging and tap slap.
Enrollment is strictly limited to 16 girls. Clinic Cost $185.00* * Please note: This clinic runs for one  hour and 45 minutes every Tuesday night.
