Balance is due on or before arrival at clinic.

Please circle the "X" under the skill your daughter wants to enroll in durring the time specified to the left. Example: If your daughter wants to take Advanced Infield and Throwing Techniques at 7pm and Pitching at 8pm you would circle the X next to those clinics. In this scenario your daughter would be enrolled in two clinics totaling $249.00 for 12 hour of instruction.   Enrollment is strictly limited to 16 girls in each clinic! Cost 1 Clinic $159.00 2 Clinics $249.00 3 Clinics $329.00 Sign-up for any combination of three of the nine clinics offered on six consecutive Thursday nights!

Girls who choose A and C clinics will be supervised during B clinics. Every attempt will be made to make up for bad weather conditions.
